Every 3 months, I run a group coaching program to help you:

• Get clear on your intentions and commitments.

• F the “goal setting,” it’s not enough! I help you create a game for your life that excites you to play. This is your life and your rules. I get on your map and we create the destination.

• I help you get your body on track and help clear your mind chatter.

• At first you’ll notice your behaviors and patterns keeping you stuck on auto pilot and then you’ll  shift your habits and the result will be changing your being so that your friends and family will notice a profound shift.

• I help you notice your saboteurs and quiet them so that you can feel freedom and ease

There is some training content and that’s really a bonus. The work happens during the group coaching calls. Small group training will build your commitment to each other and the world! You will get breakthrough coaching from me and also be paired with a buddy and community for a high level of accountability until you’re ready to be accountable to yourself.
