However, unleashing confidence can sometimes be a daunting task. In this article, I will share three easy steps that took me from fearful to unstoppable and playing full out in life and business!
Understanding Confidence
Before diving into the steps, it's essential to understand that you have all the confidence you will ever have RIGHT NOW! Confidence is not about being perfect or never experiencing self-doubt; it is about taking actions to increase your competency so that you "feel" confident. It is a state of mind that evolves with ACTION. With this understanding, let's unleash your confidence.
Step 1: Embrace Self-Awareness
The first step in unleashing confidence is to cultivate self-awareness. Take time to understand your strengths, weaknesses, values, and passions. Reflect on your past successes and challenges, and identify patterns that can help you recognize your true potential. By gaining a deeper understanding of yourself, you can lay a strong foundation for building confidence.

SLOW DOWN TO SPEED UP. I know you are busy and have a lot on the go but running all the time is counter productive to being confident.

Write a list of things working and not working so well. Choose the thing that isn't working well and commit to an action plan. It's not always easy to take the time to evaluate and it's essential.
Step 2: Cultivate Positive Self-Talk
60,000 thoughts a day and most of them are on autopilot and negative. Catch your thoughts and notice the impact they have on your confidence levels. Negative self-talk can be a major barrier to unleashing confidence, while positive self-talk can fuel it.

This means having tough conversations. Speaking up when you want to hold back. Standing your ground when you are passionate about something.
