I was the queen of unhappiness. On the outside I had it all, the house, the beautiful daughters, the husband, money in the bank, opportunities to travel but on the inside I was stuck in a rut. I felt voiceless and unheard and those golden handcuffs of a good job and pension were sucking the life out of me. I began to wonder "What happened to me?"

Are you avoiding going out because your clothes aren't fitting right, you worry you won't have enough energy to sustain the conversations or you just flat out couldn't be bothered to get out of your jogging pants after a long day of working at being a badass. As you look around you see that you have so many blessings and the inside you feel discontent?

Sister, it's time to take a long, hard look in the mirror. You are beautiful and powerful and the world needs you at your best. Your team needs you at your best.

We live in a fast paced society where it's easier to reach for crackers and chips or stop in at a drive-through rather than meal prep and prepare.

How much money could you save if you took a couple hours of your time to plan ahead with healthy soups, sandwiches, whole fruits and vegetables. A little planning goes a long way with your emotions and moods.
